About Us

Kokolulu Farm and Cancer Retreats is a non-profit organization (certified by the state of Hawaii). We have submitted an application to the IRS (Internal Revenue Service of the United States government) for tax exempt status as a 501c3 educational/charity. For 3 years, Kokolulu has been a fiscally sponsored project of the North Kohala Community Resource Center   (NKCRC) a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization (IRS #02--055-3251) located in the town of Hawi on the northern tip of the Big Island of Hawaii.
Any donation you make to Kokolulu through NKCRC, maybe tax deductible to the extent allowable by law.

Our vision is to create a peaceful and healing environment that focuses on care of the person as a whole through integration of Mind-Body-Spirit connections.

We offer a variety of holistic complimentary and alternative therapies that include exercise, nutrition, meditation, guided imagery, reki, massage, qigong, acupuncture, psychological counseling and spiritual development. Many of our therapies have been documented over centuries to promote and sustain healing in people diagnosed with cancer.

Our property is nestled on seven lush acres of farmland with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and Maui. Kokolulu is a Green Retreat Facility - Powered by Alternative Energy, No Chemicals or Pesticides used on an Organic Permaculture Biodynamic Farm.

We are powered entirely by solar and wind energy, and practice responsible sustainable agriculture. Most of our fruits, vegetables and herbs are organic and grown on-site or from local organic farms.

Kokolulu is a member of Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau and a charter member of Hawaii Island Wellness Travel Association.
